PLANT MANAGEMENT
All systems are managed via software by PLCs equipped with a touch screen where our technicians can control any components, from valves to motors, watching for any abnormalities in real time and allowing direct intervention.
ANALYSIS OF INCOMING MATHERIALS
All incoming materials are ispected to verify:
- authorizations compatibility
- production cycles
- eventual anomaly factors
- Compatibility with standard machining processes
- eventual extraordinary treatments
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Particular attention is also paid to environment respect: all gasses and liquid discharges are controlled by purification and abatement systems, managed by special software, which minimizes the company’s ecological footprint.
